With just a few weeks until Xiaomi unveils its flagship models, yesterday’s announcements revealed Xiaomi HyperOS 3, based on Android 16. Just one day after the announcement, the HyperOS 3 beta began rolling out to select models in China. Here are the details.
First Devices to Receive HyperOS 3 Beta
The beta update released by Xiaomi for the Xiaomi 15 Pro has a file size of approximately 7.6 GB. Currently available in China, the beta will be available in more countries soon. Here are the devices that will receive the Xiaomi HyperOS 3 Beta update:
- Xiaomi 15
- Xiaomi 15 Pro
- Xiaomi 15S Pro
- Xiaomi 15 Ultra
- REDMI K80 Pro
- REDMI K80 Ultra
- Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro
- Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5
The tech giant plans to release the update to the above devices in the first phase. In the second phase, it will release it to devices such as the Xiaomi MIX Flip 2, Redmi K80, Xiaomi Pad 7, Pad 7 Ultra, Redmi K Pad, and Xiaomi TV S Pro Mini LED 2025. These devices will receive the update before September 17th.
In the third phase, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4, MIX Flip, Xiaomi 14 series, Redmi K70 series (including the K70E and K70 Ultimate Edition), and Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 will reportedly be able to access the beta before September 30th.
